I think the HT Ratio was set for 2.5X by mistake..... I re-set it for 4X:

So I'm guessing the Venice doesn't have the problems that the CBBID Winchesters do. That's good news [Banana]

Of course, MSI does seem to have a beta BIOS in the works (found out today) that looks like it might help a few of the overclocking issues.

This Neo4 running a 3200 Vinnie with A-Data Vitesta DDR600, makes a deadly combo:

Oh ya just makes me want to get some different ram now. Hopefully they come out with some decent bios in the future but until then I'm sticking with these 1.3's. Got it rock stable at 2.7GHz now. My only issue is i gotta use 2T to get over 275fsb but that is ram issue.

I used the 1.3 in that test run... The A-Data Viesta DDR600 came from England as I can't find it here in the States as yet... Also 2X256Meg is easier to overclock....

2nd best is the G.Skill "LE"...... [Smile]

RE: Neo4/Venice @ 8X350

I can't get the system to pass Memtest86 as the Vmod I have is 3.0Vdimm.... On the DFI nF4, I needed 3.2Vdimm to eliminate Memtest errors at 350FSB...

The screwed up BIOS memory settings not being the actual settings the board uses, certainly isn't helping...
